The South Jersey Men's Senior Baseball League (SJMSBL) is the premier adult baseball league in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

In 2023, the SJMSBL fielded 154 Teams. Age divisions for the spring/summer Sunday season are 18+, 35+, 45+, and 55+. The mid-week divisions are 18+. The fall season divisions are 18+, 35+, 45+, and 55+.

The SJMSBL offers adult men’s teams the opportunity to compete in a highly organized league where they manage schedules, standings, and playoffs. They also ensure roster and player eligibility requirements are met to guarantee fair play.  League perks include annual All-Star games and comprehensive statistics tracking!
